Manual Stacker:The double mast model: Lift 2-3.5 meters model with two-stage mast design that meet the requirements of high stacking. Moreover, with the two-stage mast design, we are able to let the stacker has a shorter overall height,which is able to translate cargo in working conditions with height restrictions, such as cargo lift or factory floor door that has high limits.
Semi-electric Stacker:The semi-electric stacker is a manual moving, electric lifting pallet stacker, which is a cost-effective handling solution for the transport of pallets, cargo, or equipment.It is widely used in factories, warehouses, and other places.
Electric Stacker:The mast channels are made from high-grade rolled steel sections for strength and durability.The high- quality CURITIS controller ensures the stacker has stable performance and precise control.For the safety function, we use a two-position mechanical brake: tiller arm at vertical and horizontal position.The machine has an emergency stop button, which will automatically cut off all power and brake immediately when the operator pushes the button. Also, the machine has and anti-collision belly switch.The stacker stops immediately when the operator's body touches the belly switch, which reducsed the injure possibility in an accident.

Stackers are built to carry goods on pallets safely from one destination to another. They are designed to stack both full and empty pallets and a wide range of different models are available for different types of storage facilities that need to organise and access their stock. Forklift stackers are an enhanced edition of a pallet truck that is more suited to storing loads and stacking pallets in high-level areas. These material handling solutions have a pair of forks that allow stock on pallets to be lifted off the floor and stored in the racking above. Some models work on hydraulic power while others are electric. Some solutions will also include a platform that allows the driver to accompany the pallet as it is raised and control operation from his position.The jack is steered by a tiller-like lever called a 'tow bar' that also acts on the pump piston for raising the forks. A small lever on the tow bar's steering handle releases the hydraulic fluid, causing the forks to lower. The steering wheels are located directly below the tow bar and support the jacking mechanism. The front wheels inside the end of the forks are mounted on push rods attached to linkages that go to levers attached to the jack cylinder. As the hydraulic jack at the 'tiller' end is raised, the links force the wheels down, raising the forks vertically above the front wheels, raising the load upward until it clears the floor. The pallet is only lifted enough to clear the floor for subsequent travel. Oftentimes, pallet jacks are used to move and organize pallets inside a trailer, especially when there is no forklift truck access or availability.
